A personalised birthday card carries their name, their age and a theme that suits them: a rocket for a six-year-old, bold lettering for your brother, watercolour flowers for a friend, a cat in a party hat for a colleague. Tell us the idea, and we design the illustration and set your message so it reads clearly.

Unlike a birthday card template, there is no editing software to wrestle with. Milestones work the same way, whether it is a 21st, a 30th or a 60th: just type the age.

• Hooray, [name] is [age]! We hope your cake is as tall as a mountain and your day is full of games and adventures.

How much does a personalised birthday card cost?

Prices include VAT, one-off payment, no subscription. Back side: Start +€9, Plus +€14, Studio +€19. At busy times it can take up to 15 minutes.

How to order a personalised birthday card

1. Choose your personalised birthday card and packageYou see the price straight away. The package sets how many different designs you get.
2. Describe your idea and add your logoName, headline, contact details, style and colour. Your logo is placed as a separate layer, never redrawn.
3. Pay onlineSecure payment with Stripe. We email your VAT invoice.
4. Download your filesUsually after 2–5 minutes you get an email with print-ready PDF (with bleed) and PNG files.

Birthday card sizes

You can also enter a custom size in mm or cm, portrait or landscape. A6 fits a C6 envelope, DL fits a DL envelope. You can put your wishes on the back.

What to write in a birthday card

The front has room for a short line, such as their name and age, while longer wishes go on the back. If you are stuck, click Write it for me in the design wizard and adjust the suggestion.

• Pick one specific wish instead of a list, such as a good season on the bike.
• Add humour only if you know each other well: an age joke works for a sibling, less so for your manager.
• Sign it clearly, and on a work card add the team name.

Birthday card for him, for her and for kids

A birthday card for him does not need flowers or hearts: describe his interests, such as cycling, fishing or football, and choose navy, bottle green or charcoal. For her, watercolour flowers and soft gold work well, but if she loves motorbikes, say so. Kids birthday cards should be bright, with a big number, their name and one picture they will recognise.

Printable birthday card or e-card?

For a printable birthday card, use the PDF with 3 mm bleed: A6 fits a C6 envelope and the 150 mm square fits a 160 mm square envelope. Print at a local print shop, a copy shop or at home on thicker card. The PNG is a ready e-card to send by email, WhatsApp or Messenger, even if they live abroad.
