Terms and Conditions

This is an English translation of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version shall prevail.

Effective from 3 November 2026 (version including logo design). These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the plakaty.shop website and ordering graphic designs.

§1. Seller

The plakaty.shop website, operating under the name wielkareklama.eu studio, is run by Janusz Ciosek, conducting business as P.P.H.U. Janusz Ciosek WIELKA REKLAMA, ul. Popiełuszki 13, 98-300 Wieluń, NIP 8320002720 (hereinafter: the Seller). Contact: kontakt@wielkareklama.eu, tel. +48 455 455 460.

§2. What we offer

  1. The website automatically prepares graphic designs based on the client's brief, using artificial intelligence tools.
  2. The client receives digital files for download. The service does not include printing or shipping of physical products.
  3. A separate service is the design with a graphic designer: 6 designs prepared manually by the Seller's graphic designer, within up to 3 hours of work, with one round of revisions. The Seller sends the first proposals by e-mail within 2 working days of payment, and agrees revisions with the client by e-mail. If the client cancels before the graphic designer begins work, the Seller refunds the full amount.
  4. A separate service is the logo design: 10 logo proposals of various types, each as a PNG with a transparent background and as SVG and PDF in vector form, obtained by automatic tracing.
  5. Designs are not prepared individually by a graphic designer. Our support team handles them only in the situations described in §7 and §10.
  6. The design wizard can be used free of charge, and the brief can be saved and returned to in the “My projects” (“Moje projekty”) panel. This service can be terminated at any time by ceasing to use it or by requesting deletion of the data.

§3. Technical requirements

You will need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled, and an e-mail address. PNG and PDF files are prepared by the client's browser. It is prohibited to submit unlawful content or to disrupt the operation of the website.

Prices include 23% VAT. A discount code reduces the price if it is active and matches the e-mail address provided. The amount payable is shown before payment.

The client may pay in Polish złoty or in euro. Prices in euro are fixed and are shown in the wizard before payment. The invoice is issued in the currency of payment, with conversion into złoty at the National Bank of Poland (NBP) exchange rate.

§5. Order and payment

  1. The client completes the wizard, selects a package, makes the required declarations and clicks “Order and pay” (“Zamawiam i płacę”), which entails an obligation to pay.
  2. Payments are handled by Stripe. The available methods are shown on the payment page.
  3. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment. We send the confirmation together with these Terms and Conditions by e-mail.

§6. Fulfilment and right of withdrawal

  1. Generation starts automatically once the order has been paid for and usually takes a few minutes. Within 7 days at the latest, we either deliver the design or refund the money.
  2. The finished design is available via a private link sent by e-mail and in the “My projects” (“Moje projekty”) panel. The link gives access to the design, so it should be kept secure.
  3. As a rule, a consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason.
  4. Pursuant to Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent, the consumer has been informed that they will lose this right once performance has been completed, has acknowledged this, and has received confirmation. The client gives such consent before payment and receives confirmation by e-mail.
  5. Without this consent the order cannot be paid for, as the service consists of the immediate generation of the design.

§7. Text checking and client obligations

  1. Before the design is released, the system compares the text in the image with the content of the brief. If there is a discrepancy, it regenerates the design once, at no additional charge.
  2. If the discrepancy recurs, the order is reviewed by our support team, which either delivers a correct design or refunds the payment.
  3. The automatic check does not replace checking by the client. Before printing or publication, the client should read all text, numbers and addresses and check the file against the printer's requirements.
  4. Files are in RGB colours and are not certified CMYK or PDF/X print files. Resolution depends on the format and may be lower than 300 DPI for large formats. The actual value is shown alongside the design.
  5. Text is usually part of the image, so changing it means a new design.
  6. Each generated result is unique. Differences from the client's expectations or from gallery examples which do not constitute a discrepancy with the brief are not a defect.
  7. The client is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content provided in the brief and visible in the design.

§8. Client materials and rights to designs

  1. The client declares that they have the right to use the logo, names and content submitted. The Seller uses them solely to fulfil the order and to comply with legal obligations.
  2. The Seller transfers all rights it holds to the design and permits its use without time or territorial limitations, including for commercial purposes, in particular printing, publication and modification.
  3. The design is created using AI and may therefore not be protected by copyright. The Seller does not guarantee exclusivity, nor that a similar image will not be created for another person. It is advisable to seek legal advice before registering the design as a trade mark.
  4. The logo design is created automatically with the help of AI. The Seller does not check whether a similar mark is already in use or registered, and does not guarantee that the logo can be registered as a trade mark. Before registration or wide use, the client should check trade mark databases, for example those of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and the EUIPO. The automatic vector tracing may require minor corrections before producing large formats.
  5. The Seller does not use the client's design for its own promotion without the client's consent.
  6. Where legislation, including the Artificial Intelligence Act, requires content to be labelled as generated, this obligation rests with the client upon publication.
  7. The inspiration gallery shows example directions for fictitious brands. It is not an offer of exactly such a design.

§9. Prohibited content

The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order, or stop fulfilling it and refund the payment, if the brief infringes the law, the rights of others or the policies of AI tool providers.

§10. Refunds for failed generation

If generation fails, the Seller automatically refunds the full amount using the same payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on the bank. If the result is uncertain or only some of the files were generated successfully, the order is reviewed by our support team, which either completes it or refunds the money, and the client does not pay again.

§11. Complaints and liability

  1. The Seller is liable to the consumer for the conformity of digital content with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. This also applies to a sole trader where the contract is not of a professional nature for them.
  2. Complaints can be sent to kontakt@wielkareklama.eu, stating the order number, e-mail address and a description of the problem. We respond within 14 days.
  3. In the event of non-conformity, the consumer may demand that the content be brought into conformity and, where this is impossible or ineffective, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
  4. The consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example through the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection or a municipal or district consumer ombudsman.
  5. In relation to business customers who are not consumers, the Seller's liability is limited to the price of the given order and actual loss, except for damage caused intentionally. Statutory warranty for defects is excluded in relation to them.

§12. Invoices

The Seller issues an invoice after delivering the design, or after payment in the case of the design with a graphic designer, and sends it by e-mail, based on the details provided at payment. The invoice is also submitted to the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). Buyers from abroad also receive their invoice automatically, with Polish VAT.

§13. Personal data

The rules for processing data are described in the Privacy Policy.

§14. Changes and governing law

  1. An order is governed by the Terms and Conditions in force on the date it was placed. We announce changes on this page.
  2. Polish law applies, without depriving the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country. Disputes with business customers are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
